installation:

1. copy deluxowb2 folder to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line

dlcpacks:/deluxowb2/

Car Spawn Name: deluxowb2

Features:

-New twin turbo Engine
-New interior with inspiration from b2tf movie
-Headlight cover
-Revving animation in the tail bar

-Glow in the dark mods (change color with dash color)
