my custom decals.dat has lines for bullet resistant glass, when comparing, yours does not @PT_Pazza should I change the values of those too?

I have v remastered + betavegprops + rde (which includes wov) and some other small mods but this causes texture loss + ctd quite quick. the devs of rde have provided their own gameconfig but it also ctds @EdraZ9 How to fix this?

@EnforcerZhukov SHVDN is 2.10.9 for mod compatibility so it's outdated, but I changed all instances ShowHelpMessage to ShowSubtitle and removed the trues at the end of the bracket and the mod worked, maybe you could include this for the next update as an "older version SHVDN compatible" optional

um why does the screen turn dark when vehicles pass? and also there's no rain reflections lmao
