2) For the lights, make sure you're using the latest version of Map Updates (both the dlc pack and script)
@Imad Miganeh Yeah, I had forgot about those.
The fixes for the Turismo R and Zentorno are based on the newer YFT files, that's why they're "broken". The solution for those is to delete "turismor.yft", "turismor_hi.yft" and "zentorno_hi.yft" from "spfixes\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf"
As for Map Updates, what doesn't work completely? Because I don't remember anything that might require anything added after the build 2372
@Imad Miganeh The mod should work fine on that build
As for the others, there's some extra steps (such as installing certain files in different paths), but even those should work fine as well

@SnakeVenom33939 Yes, a modified version of that file is included (it "unlocks" the ability to scroll past a certain ID with a trainer/script). Then there's the dlc pack which replaces all the stub clothes with both blank models (that don't crash the game) and restored ones as well
In this case, the crash happens because R* forgot to update the file themselves with the list of models to exclude from selection/loading (which is not really a problem for GTAO, but it is for SP with mods)
@Mauluskus A new game update was released yesterday, so the Script Hook needs to be updated as well for it to work

As for other mods, you could try NVE
