This is well done. I installed only the dlc and have no vagos hangin out inside.

I just recently started modding the drug wars update, wanted to try Naturalvision evolved.(been staying with the tuners version dont know version number, where this mod was working as it should) i also noticed that the water in the tunnel was gone but still looked like it was there on the surface. I wanted to test it out so i installed nve on my tuner copy of the game and now the water is gone from the tunnel there. Im trying now to figure out what in nve caused it. Unlike what somebody said above, i have no problem with collision outside of the tunnel on the seabed though. Im havin a hell of a time figuring out what it is in nve that is causing it

So is this better than using dlc creator?

This mod is conflicting with port garage mlo from i cant remember who. I will try to fix it myself, but any tips on how to do it would be appreciated. I have all the tools to do it
