@Zemanez No, radio is not disabled and is not locked to a station.
@Zemanez oops, by police radio I mean police scanner. Easily reproduced: just installing the mod kills it.

@adamenforcers Do a diff between the default gameconfig and the previous revision of this gameconfig (NOT the latest, there's a lot of stuff changed that doesn't work for a lot of people and has nothing to do with increasing traffic levels). You'll see which entries to change.
@F7YO I'm not complaining and certainly not calling you an idiot. My only mods are ENT and this gameconfig.xml. I've got heap/pack limits configured as directed. That's it. Pretty vanilla. I have a GTX 2070, Ryzen 3900X, 64 GB memory, Windows 10 (fresh reinstall 2 months ago). I appreciate what you've given the community. Just providing information.
