Great MOD, anyway, what is the graphic enhancement and its setting that you were using in that screenshot?
I am agree with @Penguin_09 you may improve it, deboss it (like "COBRA" on the rear bumper of a Mustang), or turn it into outlined letters decal (like CelicaXX). Nevertheless, great mod!

@Vnom @Titty_Slapper I don't think that i will post the files since some of them are not allowed to be redistributed.
If you want to know what i was doing, I installed IV Pack first, WoV second, DoV third, and VWE last. All of them were installed manually by extracting their .oiv files (just like the "MANUAL" step the author wrote above) and placing the files inside the oiv. to the mods folder with OpenIV one at a time. right when i was just about to place popgroups from VWE, i skipped it. Instead, I edited my current popgroups (which had been altered by WoV, DoV, and IVPack) with Notepad++ and added some vehicles from VWE there.
Another note, I didn't install any gameconfigs which come with those mods (my game will easily crash if i use the wrong one) so i search for the right one in this website (personally, i use F7YO's gameconfig)

I have World of Variety, Dispatch of Variety, IV Pack, and Vanillaworks Extended. They work with almost no issue, but i had to edit the vehiclemodelsets, dispatch, popgroups, and popcycle manually.
