A mission I have made using the Build a Mission mod from aimless using it's latest update feature.
UPDATE VERSION 1.3:
Added two Highway Patrol bikes to pursue the Player when in their view range.
Added an escort vehicle to assist the Player in fending off any attackers.
Version: 1.2
Added a few more things in;
Added a Lost MC helicopter to chase the Player with some gunners.
Added two Lost MC bikers to engage the Player if in sight of them.
Changed the Turreted Insurgent to a Surano.
Version: 1.0
Initial release.
Mission Details:
Trevor is checking one of his businesses, while doing so he and his employers come under attack from The Lost MC gang as revenge for the death of their beloved Lost brother, Johnny K.
Get to Trevor as quick as possible before The Lost finish him and his security then escape the pursuing Lost.

@LiamP You mean when I drive off picking up Trevor? I placed them at a hidden place, and when ever the player goes near them, the Lost will give chase if approached. There is an option to have that when making a mission like this. Easy.
