This replaces the sound of the Windsor Cabrio.
It has the signature whine of the Hemi V8.
To install it, go to GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpexecutive/dlc.rpf/x64/audio/sfx/dlc_exec1 and delete the windsor2.awc file. After that just drag the .oac in there.
If you have a modded car, you have to go into the vehicle.meta to change the audio resource to windsor2.

-Sound of the Dyno when decelerating minimized
-Added Read Me File

@CrepperHD2015 the oac file doesnt work for me when i drag it, it says "Some files not imported, more information below.

probably the best sounding hemi mod there is, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working anymore
it dont work because when I try to drag, it doesnt appear
when i drop file in i get " windsor2\EXHAUST_ACCEL.wav " not found any clue why? please help me
@bennyboy2509 got to extract the mod files to your pc then drag it into openiv, atleast thats what i did to fix mines.

If the mod isnt working just extract the file then do it

You need to make it into a awc I did it on open iv
dude u look like pharrell williams lol
so what i did what worked for me was drop the folder and the oac file in together (where the windsor2 file is)without deleting the windsor2.wav file first. im leaving the folder in because idk if it works without and im too lazy to find out
Please make the Add-on method, because this method is terribly inconvenient
