Mod's broken. Can't talk to anyone. No prompt shows up and pressing T in front of a ped does nothing.

@lucasvinbr on start of the war, the characters i and the enemy use are random peds picked up from streets. it always crashes in Fort Zancudo and sometimes in other locations
