For those on steam who backed up your GTA V main directory (essentially a back up copy of the game) copy and paste from the previous version all the GTAV stuff with the green V icon to the updated version with broken mods main directory, click replace then Profit.
I know I'm late the the party but THANKS FOR THIS!! I have one of those Corsair Keyboards with no numpad. :)
