@Ballsy late comment but it is possible, the only dlcs that wouldn't work for me (crashing the game on launch) were the Contract (mpsecurity) and Bottom Dollar Bounties (mp2024_01). Also the online player peds would crash the game unless I removed the clothing files from the added DLCs.

@arukk sadly doesn't apply to all cars (vanilla + modded) like this trainer used to do with its on the fly handling edits.

Advanced Motion Blur seems to be broken, it only applies an extreme amount of blur to the player and not the environment

There is a mistake in the OIV, the mpheist4 (Cayo Perico) carcols is copied to mpheist3 (Casino Heist) and mpvinewood (Casino) as well which breaks tuning for the cars in these dlcs, manually installing the carcols in the right places fixes it

I managed to get this mod to work by opening one of the vehshares in the oiv and exporting the dirt textures (vehicle_genericmud_car, vehicle_generic_tyrewall_dirt, vehicle_generic_glassdirt, roof_dirt) then copying the textures into the vehshare in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchdayg9ecng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ - seems like rockstar changed where the main vehshare is in a recent update
