Why is it that after I installed version 4.0 of this module and entered the game, There was no change on the Los Santo map, no tree was added and this also happened on the Forest of San Andreas mod. I opened opeiv and installed it with the oiv file in the mods folder and I also installed heapadujuster and gamecofig But no matter how I install both mods, nothing will change in the game map
