GUYS! there is some sort of conflict with addon peds. you can use the niko mod fine but the second i add addon peds dlc line to dlc list.xml this niko stops working

too anyone struggling. this is what i did then it suddenly worked. put the dlc.rpf thats inside nikos folder into the addon peds folders dlc.rpf

never mind my dreams have been crushed. just read every comment and you cant move it or it wont have traffic paths :( nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

literraly anyone! im only 13 so im not rlly down with all this tech lingo and im finding this really confusing.
If theres someone out there that can move liberty city or vice city too the west side of the map i would be so happy! or if thats not possible just make it so liberty city and vice city dont overlap. this would mean so much! thanksss if you do this your the best
