What does it Replace?

I put SSHUTTLE and it says its an invalid model...

How do I wear it? I'm using the simple trainer and I can't find a way to wear it.

Is the Baka's Realistic Weapons Sounds necessary? Do I really need it because I already have a gun sound mod.
