got it to work by using another mod, Sleeping Mod by babi_ngepet, use that mod sleep for 1 hr don't matter .. don't have to save.. after that the icon in the game works like normal... not sure why but it worked for me by using that sleeping mod....

if I want to slow down the rate.. i increase the number?
Sleep Decrease Rate=60000

pretty cool mod, just need controller support and maybe restore health when eating .. other then that nice !
