@qREDragon yeah I already found that link on steam after posting my problem here the same day and it worked but it is a shame that we have to turn off internet to be able to use open IV 2.8 and not get a pop up everytime to update to 2.9.

@conjames23 I am not having issues with downloading and installing Open IV lol. I am having issues trying to reinstall the Redux mod using Open IV 2.9. The installation for Redux used to work perfectly with Open IV 2.8

I have one request for the Open IV dev team. It would be awesome if the users had the ability to install older versions of Open IV thank you. Also I keep on getting errors while trying to reinstall the GTA V REDUX mod after the Open IV 2.9 update.

Is there any way I can download the older version of Open IV. I am asking this because I am unable to install the Redux mod again after updating to Open IV 2.9.

@xXGARRAPPAXx omg yes I don't know what I did but somehow it is fixed now. I am using this game config https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-add-more-addons. This game config was giving me problems at first as well though.

@FSXAB what I said was my in game internet on the phone doesn't work. You know how you go on the Internet to buy cars and planes on the phone in the game.
