This is the standalone Voice Player script that is originally included in the CW The Flash DLC by OBE Studio

This script allows the user to play a random .mp3 and/or .wav file for any specific ped model at the press of a button.
Default controls: E on keyboard, Dpad-Right on controller (configurable in settings.ini).
Possible Control Names. The default is "Talk".
Volume is configurable; ranges from 0 to 1.
In the settings.ini, ALLOW SPEECH TO BE INTERRUPTED allows the ped to stop talking and forces the current-playing sound to stop when the ped goes into ragdoll or suffers any injury.

Guys this Voice Mod works, the problem is you're not writing the Ped name on the folder to be placed in the Voice folder correctly!

@stillhere Hey there is it possible to have a Voice Mod for certain Peds (specifically enemy spawn) to talk back every so often automatically?

This works as it should. But i don't like that NPC's haves no react to our talk, and that all the phrases that my ped says are pronounced chaotically... It's completely illogical🙄
Amazing mod. I extracted voice lines from the game and added them in via this mod for immersiveness. But lately, its been causing crashes me. May be due to game update?

@stillhere It's a great mod! I use it every time. Works perfect even with custom characters, which is very nice! I just have one little thing that I don't like when I'm in Portrait Mode, and I press the Talk button (my button for talking is currently the Reload button) my characters speak with mouth closed and resets the Portrait Mode, just like when I reset an animation during PM... Is there any solution for this?
I know it's a kinda strange "problem" for me xD, but I'd really like to have this fixed out.

This mod is great but I've literally tried everything to try to get it to work, I'm using the names of the PEDs in my suit files, I believe they're correct I'm pressing E and nothing happens. I installed everything in scripts and the folders are named exactly to what is stated in the suit files for the mods i'm using. If anyone knows how to fix this please get in touch with me; meridius6087 ----- my discord
