This activates the tree tint shader to randomly select between 16 tints
[How To Install]
Psychedelic.asi goes into the root gta folder
To enable tint changing on tree props
go the v_trees.rpf and edit v_trees.ytyp
add the number 131072 to all prop flags
Or edit the ytyp using codewalker to add the Dynamic flag
The ASI will automatically find all nearby trees and set a
random tint. This tint color will only change once you
leave and come back to the area. The prop must be unloaded
before new tint values are used.
This can apply to any prop that has tint shader with
Dynamic flag in ytyp but must be added to the ASI.

Could this cause excessive FPS drops? (Regarding shaking and texture effects)
@Nguyen Quang it shouldn't cause any fps drop at all. It's a very simple script that changes one number in the ymaps and the maps don't load again until you come back to them. When they do load, the change is already made in memory so not lag happens at all.
