Sesame Street Shirts For T and F

This started with just the Cookie Monster shirt for it's crazy look but when I was finished with it I just couldn't help but make Oscar, Elmo and Big Bird to compliment. I may eventually add the same shirts for Michael.
To install with openIV you replace the provided shirts in X64V/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf
Franklins folder is listed as Player One and Trevors is listed as Player Two
