I have decided to put the other houses on hold and Instead move onto clothing as it's easier. Also i have seen a lack of clothing mods recently soo.....

Finished All T-Shirts I have redons some textures for some t-shirts please replace all the files again in the same path.
I have been working in 3072 x 3072 for better quality when placing images on the T-shirt in photoshop which also allows me to have a MipMap level of 1.
All images now used are the highest quality image format PNG.
The order of the new clothing goes as follow:

Stussy Global Blue Tee
The Hundreds Red Tee
Nike SB Olive Tee
Undefeated X Supply Diamond Co

Adidas X Star Wars Stormtrooper white Tee
HUF X Spitfire Grey Tee
Crooks and Castle Black Tee

Pigalle X Nike Air Raid Black Tee

Screens of New Clothing - Unfortunately I cannot put the screens of the back of the t-shirt that have designed on them because of the 18 Screenshot Limit.

NOTE: If you liked the previously Undefeated Tee and Hundreds Tee please don't replace them files. The choice is yours.

REMEMBER: BACK UP ORIGINAL GTA V VANILLA FILES.
THE MOD IS A PLANNED PROJECT TO REDO ALL OF FRANKLIN'S CLOTHING.
