p_head_diff_019_d.ytd

If you follow that path in OpenIV you will see the two files (as shown above). You need to click edit on OpenIV, then drag and drop p_head_diff_016_d.ytd AND p_head_diff_019_d.ytd into it, and that should overwrite the originals.

If you want to back original files up first, click edit in openiv, go to the same path GTA V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpedprops.rpf\player_one_p then left click p_head_diff_016_d.ytd and drag to desktop (or wherever you want to save original backups to), and then repeat for p_head_diff_019_d.ytd

@ATGTheGamer It will replace the "shoes" and the "magnetics" fitted and normal, as you can see in the pictures (p_head_diff_016_d.ytd - p_head_diff_019_d.ytd)
