Updated spawn colors for the mpheist3 vehicles.

This was a really good update but the colors felt off. Here are some new ones.

Installation:
- Take the carvariations.meta file from the archive and drop it in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist3/common/data

Color references are from real life and personal preference.
