Blood of the Fallen is a mod that replaces, adds and edits various files related to blood and more, such as textures, parameters and the like.
The earlier mod was called Realistic Blood And Wound Improvements. (RBAWI)
Features of the mod:
-The rich red blood is bright in places and dark in others.
-Various blood effects look more wet compared to the original.
-Realistic sizes of various blood effects.
-The evects for bullets hitting the body have been replaced.
-The texture of the wound depends on the type of weapon.
-More realistic textures for blood effects.
-Textures are in good quality.
-Replaced many other textures not necessarily related to blood for additional immersion.
-The mod looks best in overcast weather.
The mod was not an attempt to copy blood from any game but was inspired by games such as Last of Us, Zero Hour, Ready or Not, Blood Trail, Hatred, Bodycam.
This mod used textures from the Real Life Blood REDUX mod for Garry's Mod, the authors of which are Galaxyhighmarshal, Zippy and Cazanu, and the textures were also slightly edited by me.
Problems and bugs:
-There are no bullet holes from the shotgun on the car windows.
To install you will need OpenV and Script Hook V.
To install the mod itself you need to unzip the archive and run the oiv file and install it preferably in the mods folder.
The file for removing the mod works just like the installer.
I prohibit the use of my files for other mods or assemblies.

I think you have the more gore mod installed and if so then the problem is there.
you can not use more gore or customize it, in the next version of the mod I wanted to add a setting for more gore.
For the next update you should increase the shotgun wound on npcs faces as for a shotgun really close it needs to be bigger
