Installation
1. Install “ScripthookV”, “ScripthookvDotNet”, “Lua”, “Map Editor”, “Add-on props” & “OpenIV”.
2. Extract “LOTUS TOWER” rar/zip file.
3. Open “OpenIV”, Install all “ASI Managers” and that will make a “mods” folder in your “GTA 5” folder. If you already have a “mods” folder skip this step.
4. Minimize “OpenIV” and go to “GTA 5” folder via “My computer/This PC”. Copy “update” folder to mods folder.
5. Go to “OpenIV” and Enable “edit mode”.
6. In “OpenIV”, Go to,
“mods\
update\x64\dlcpacks\addonprops\dlc.rpf\props.rpf\”.
Drag and drop all files in extracted “LOTUS TOWER/ MOD FILES” folder to that.
7. Run “Props Editor” application and click on “Add Prop (JSON)”. Paste this code and click on “Add Prop”.

Hit “Rebuild” and drag and drop “def_props” file in pop-up window to “mods\
