This is the configuration more approximated of Next-Gen and Old-Gen possible for PC.
Installation:
Paste settings.xml to: documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V.
Recommendation: Make a backup of your current settings.xml.

Funcionando a 30fps fijos;
AMD FX 8350 8-Core 4.0 GHz
Geforce GTX 660 2Gb OC Edition
8Gb RAM

Nawh, old gen didn't look that bad.
All you need to do, (on the next gen), is to turn down the settings, and turning off Depth Of Field FX.
i played ps3 version and didnt look that good, so this is not equivalent for oldgen

@RandomGuy The mod can make your game run smoother as the last gen settings have toned down settings.
does it really look like old gen and will it increase fps?
