@id10t error I think so, but you will need to modify the weapons file- and I'm not 100% on what attribute needs to be changed. I think it would be the effect group. Every weapon that can create a blood effect has this, and many of the effect names are things you might expect to be tied to effects in the bloodfx file, like in the weapons file you have <EffectGroup>WEAPON_EFFECT_GROUP_PUNCH_KICK</EffectGroup>

for your fists, which is a blunt weapon and in the bloodfx you have a section called "
MELEE BLUNT"

And for weapons like the knife you have
<EffectGroup>WEAPON_EFFECT_GROUP_MELEE_SHARP</EffectGroup>
and in the bloodfx file you have a section called " MELEE SHARP".

Best thing to do to test this is go in the weapons file, search for <Name>WEAPON_PISTOL</Name> (police beretta pistol) and go to the effect group, and change it to either of the effect groups I mentioned above (as they do not have exit wounds.)

Let me know if you try it and if it works or not

@kami0123 You could have just read the description and avoided the problem entirely by renaming the mods folder that you should have made

@kami0123 It's ok. Sorry for the late response but did you ever get the original file? if not, you can go into steam library and right click on the game and go to properties>local files and click "verify game cache integrity". Note: it may make you download a ~1gb

@Shaunr Yea i actually find a way to get the file, i asked one of my friends to send me the file through dropbox, and so they did. But, thanks anyway, now i know how to do a easier way, thanks.

Could you make a version without any particle of blood
or something similar with the gta iv blood effect?

Could you to make a version with no blood fx, leaving only wounds and blood splashes?

@Giryerume I agree. I really like the exit trails, but I don't like how shooting somebody with a pistol or any other weapon leaves more than one bullet hole. Their wounds look like I'm shooting them with a shotgun, but I only shot one bullet. It would be awesome if the bullet wounds were scaled down to match how many bullets were fired!

@Shaunr I agree with the persons above, i love this mod but I would appreciate it if you could upload a version with the original smaller wounds, perhaps its possible to keep the wounds for the headshots?

@kami0123 I had the same problem as well. I thought there was no solution. But I removed my mods folder and every script file, validated my game files with Steam, and it was good to go. I hate it when game crashes happen. :(

@Shaunr Does this work with Raiders Blood and Violence Mod? and is the install link to Zippo's version the same install as yours?
