I present You a "Dream" mod.
A mod that took me 2 nights to be "finished"
A mod that will have trevors ugly trailer look like an actual trailer
1: So,do have your X64h.rpf on your mods folder.
Then,Replace your v_int_26.rpf on OpenIV/GTA V/mods/X64h.rpf/levels/gta5/interiors
2: Go to x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\interiors\int_props\int_residential.rpf "if you already have it at mods folder"
and do delete

4: Do move the tct.xml file to you gta directory and load it trough Guadmaz map editor

And That is all, i will keep updating this,major work was done but,havent replaced the furniture textures for example yet.and there are still cockroaches roaming on the floor... "Screw them cockroaches"

The Green Table Texture Bug Only occurs if you havent loaded the map trought the map editor... If you did,there is a replaced table like you may see on the images. Like i said,this will get updates. and next im thinking of retexturing the vanilla unicorn club too. Stay cool Yall and have great gaming experiences!!!

If you have any ideas of stuff that i could add to the map do tell me. On the v2.0 the "radio" will be "back" because i accidentaly did remove it with the map editor and there"s no control z...

Why has so much lag?
an improvement that i could see in the future is that the bed is the same as the clean interior from midway through the story. that is my biggest complaint is the bed. if there is a way to change that then please let me know.
