You probably have the wrong Liberty City version

@Toniqyhx Then manually replace the following files "content.xml/setup.xml".
Both files must be in the following directory "liberty_city/dlc.rpf".
@starkiller44545 Check if dlc9.rpf is located in the "liberty_city" folder. If not, add it manually.
