Move to: Grand Theft Auto v > menyooStuff > Spooner.
Note: To enter and drive, Press [W] two times (if not) then you must unlock the doors form menyoo customs (in-game menyoo menu) and also enable engine ON.
Bugs: no bugs, if found comment it.

@Blacklu90 it's a menyoo map mod....you don't need an oiv. It's basically just plug and play. Unless you want it to load with your game by default, then you download menyoo to ymap converter. Which I think is going to take more memory than just loading it through menyoo normally
