Decided to build a small garage on the side of this beautiful mansion. Its not flawless but i think it looks okay
IMPORTANT!!!
If you face an issue with any dlc addon houses where you continue to fall through the house please watch this video. There is a very simple fix for it.
Installation
Place the XML file in Menyoo > Spooner then spawn it in game

Nice for a first try, but i think this mansion looks nice the way it is.
Malibu Mansion is fucked up with new online update its cause collision loses around the map as well VBH
@elsanhoty There is a way to fix that you have to change the settings in content.xml from false to true in the first few lines. That fixes the collision issue

this garage looks good but when it rain the whole interior floor gets wet
