Have you ever visited Lake Vinewood Estates? Some of the most beautiful homes in all of Los Santos can now be yours to own!
This is a safehouse/ houses located above lake vinewood. As of now there are only 3 vehicles and about 650 props. I will eventually add the vehicles seen in the screenshots to the download but as of now it will just be the props.
Each home has its own little event, such as in the first screen, the home has a party. I have mainly focused on 2 of the houses but I will be putting more work into the others in the next update.
Installation
To install just download
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
and put the "Lake Vinewood Estate.xml" into your main Gta V directory.
Once in the game, press F7 and load the map.
Enjoy!

This weekend I will be releasing version 0.2. I will have added about 400-500 more props and fixed some bugs. Cars will also be included.

Annoying how much you need to download to finally get this.. I mean, people could have easily made this themselves, instead of donwloading this..
@Daz There, uploaded a image of the location.
@Pent5gon What do you mean? It takes a lot longer to make this them self than to download it. Also, to make it yourself you need to download just as many things.
@accfomo Of course, you would have to download the map editor, but from there, you would basically be able to create/add/edit after personal prefference
How can I set a spawnpoint there?
@alphaOne Quick save when you are at that location. I think it is possible with some trainers to set spawn points but I'm not sure.
For the next update, could you add a version without the cars?
