Franklin Office near the Ocean [FINAL]

I want to show you my building - Franklin's office on the ocean. The office is on a platform and is driven by a road that was already in GTA 5. The office consists of: Work area, Game zone, Reception desk, and Franklin's office. I'm very proud of this place because I like it immensely! Attention, the map may be loaded long due to some of the panels that I used! More you can see in the video, which is added together with screenshots.
To install this type you will need:
ScriptHook
ScriptHookV
ScriptHookV.NET
NativeUI
Object list 10k (very must)
Open IV (not necessary)
MapEditor 2.13 (very must)
Instructions:
Download and open the file. Move the file to the root folder "FranklinOffice" games GTA 5. After entering the game, press F7 and select the "download", then choose "XML","search" ,and enter the name of the map - FranklinOffice . After loading the map, go to the lake. (shown in the screenshot).
