INSTALLATION:
Installation Replace:
Use OpenIV to reach; common.rpf/common/data/ai, open weapons.meta and replace the corresponding lines with mine:

finally, reach: update/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf and replace the game's ydrs and ytds with mine
For Addon:
Use OpenIV to reach: X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
Activate edit mode, right click on "dlclist.xml" then click on edit and add on the last dlc dlcpacks:/militarycarbine/ then save.
After that drag and drop "militarycarbine" inside X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

how do i get the guns to stay in my inventory after i reopen the game the disappear @TheRaf3D1

@TheRaf3D1 Is there any way to make it so that the weapon doesn't use the gold tint for the luxe version of the gun?
(Context:I'm using the replacement version and trying to replace the luxe as stated before. While I haven't figured out how to edit the weapons.meta so that the luxe didn't use gold tints, I have noticed that textures could cover up the tints. Maybe you could help?)

What does ytds and ydrs mean?
@DaveGravePrank can you help me how to download the replace version. I don't understand what most of this is
@X6783 A simplified explaination would be that ytd are the textures and the ydr is the model. There are usually two diffirent types for each of these, these being the high quality version from up close and the default version. There should already be a replace version and by all counts it should be easy as opening up OpenIV, searching for what you want, and replace the carbine rifle outright.
I dunno why you went for me for help, though.

@X6783 Means drag and drop the files down into the weapons.rpf, there should already be a "how to install" readme file. If you are still lost after being told that you can teach yourself where to drag and drop then that's your problem from here on out.
@DaveGravePrank you should look for the weaponcomponents.meta that contains the luxe versions of the gun, once you found that, delete <TintIndexOverride> line
@TheRaf3D1 long story short: i downloaded the pickups 2.2 mod decided i dont like the mod and i deleted it
my guns were working fine before the pickups mod but now they have no magazine,they cant reload, and they are stuck on 0 ammo even if i give ammo to myself through menyoo, any ideas for a fix?

My game crash after installing the Add On version !
I also install your Service Carbine mod and it is work fine, but seems like there's an error with this Military Carbine mod.
Update !
After i deleted Servicecarbine mod the game works just fine, but when i put it back the game crashed !
Seems like the error is from the game itself, i've tried to increase :

Weaponlimitadjuster : 512 & 1024 to 2048

I'm only installing MG42 and Servicecarbine add-on weapon, so it means i can only install 2 Add-on weapons, if more than 2 then the game will crashed.
