This is an Annihilator (annihilator) with weapons removed and added working rappels - just like on Police Maverick (polmav).
The model uses default mapping. A modified NOOSE skin is included in the .ytd.
You can use this helicopter as a SWAT_HELI in dispatch.meta if you add the FLAG_ALLOWS_RAPPEL to helicopter's entry in vehicles.meta (update.rpf).
The glass works perfectly.

Its not really that difficult, if you have the original dispatch.meta, simply open it with notepad and search for 'swathelicopter'. You should find three entries. Its the second and third one you are after. Under the 2nd/3rd entry you should see 'POLICE_HELI_1', 3 lines under 'DT_SwatHelicopter'. Change this to 'POLICE_HELI_2' and you should be good to go ;)
This will make Annihilators show up dropping of NOOSE while you'll still have regular police mavericks shooting at you.
Can you add a dispatch.meta that sends 2 of these helicopters at wanted lv 5 with 6 noose each (the ones that rappel) ?

@Yard1 I don't know if you still care about this mod but I'd like to ask if I could get some help with the vehicles.meta edit you mentioned, This look's like a nice mod but I just can't seem to properly edit the .meta file.
@Lieutenant Legacy I don't know if you still care about this, but are you sure that you have to edit it? I mean I looked into vehicles.meta and it seems that it allow rappel by default. Installation instructions are probably outdated, it was posted in 2015 after all.

I don’t know if I’m dumb, or if all the people here are dumb. Do not ask a creator to modify a mod specially for you ! Vehicles.META is in update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtaV
You search annihilator in the bar and add in the flags category, the one in the description.
Then if you want to add it to the dispatch, you search SWAT_HELI and change the regular polmav to annihilator. Simple. Just need to know the bases of modding.
Also, as soon as the vehicle does not go in a custom « dlc » file, it’s not an add on the a replace.
