This mod improves the Oracle XS by replacing the wheels with the original ones from GTA IV, which are modified to be high quality as well, the steering wheel now has the Übermacht badge, and the tuning parts from GTA IV are also brought back to this mod as selectable tuning parts in tuning garages.
Due to the tuning parts, the mod serves as an DLC file like most Add-on vehicle mods does, with the tuning parts as the only things that have been added to the game, the tuning ID is 960.

the tires seems like they are lower profile compared to IV's, at least from seeing the pictures (might be the angles though). looks great nontheless.
