INSTALLATION HAS BEEN MADE A LOT EASIER.
To install Enhanced Vehicular Upgrades, you no longer have to copy over each file. Just drag the single folder over. Again, read the installation for more detail.
All vehicles in game have been edited and tested, including cars, bikes, boats, planes (speeds on planes are difficult to make them much faster, sorry) & helis (planes and helis have slight speed increase, with half as much turbulence)
Speed is very realistic, all cars have been edited.
Damage is more realistic, with deformation set individually on each vehicle (for most realism), engine damage has been set to around default (on all vehicles except planes). Planes are a lot stronger now, they will deform more but not explode as much), and collision damage has been set to 2x. (excluding planes, helis and RHINO)
Handling has been edited on all cars.
Enhanced Vehicular Upgrades:
This improves performance upgrades at Los Santos Customs(armour, engine, brakes, transmission, and suspension) on all DLC cars that needed it. Dominator Racecar, Dukes, Rat-Truck, and Jester Racecar are very fun at full upgrade!
Cars with Enhanced Vehicular Upgrades:
Bifta, Paradise, Jester, Jester Racecar (jester2), Turismo R, Alpha, Zentorno, Massacro, Massacro Racecar (massacro2), Huntley, Thrust, Rat-Truck (ratloader2), Slamvan, Guardian, Enduro, Kuruma, Rhapsody, Warrener, Blade, Glendale, Dubsta 6x6 (dubsta3), Pigalle, Coquette Classic (coquette2), Buffalo Racecar (buffalo3), Dominator Racecar (dominator2), Dukes, Blista Compact Sports (blista2), Go Go Monkey Blista (blista3).

Arcade handling or actual realistic handling similar to GTA V's?
I like the damage and the speed. The handling is bad in my opinion. You can practically drive sideways and your car will still stick to the road/have traction.
Some cars have way too much power for example, compacts and stuff so every car is very powerful. I feel like the non super/sports cars speeds needs to be lowered.
@OldWorld It is very similar handling to the original, just changed it accordingly with the speed.
@GTAist If you tell me which vehicle does this, I may be able to fix it. I know most of them aren't like this.
@salar1993 most ordinary cars these days get to around 180-220, and that's exactly what they do in this. I have set the speeds individually for each car, and it feels right to me.
I made the game the way I would enjoy it, and wanted to share it with everyone else, so they can enjoy it too. Not everyone is going to like it, sorry.

Nice mod. I don't know if this is possible but is there a way to mod the files to where npcs fly out of windshields? I've flown out numerous times but have never seen npcs fly out. Make it something like the first Saints Row. I remember the first time I hit a car head on in that game an npc flew out into my windshield, it was glorious.
Also, could the ability to make cars lose control & flip after having their tires shot be possible like in sleeping dogs?
@twitchtv/wackyweirdo None of them features are possible by editing the handling or carcols, sorry. It could be possible with a script mod, but I'm not very good :P
Can you please reduce the deformation value, just a simple touch & the vehicle deforms, wheels come out, that doesn't looks realistic.
