This download contains a modification to a couple of textures for the existing NYC Taxi Model by POLICESCO. The modification to the texture is the replacement of the incorrect "San Andreas" plate, which is blank for some reason, with an NYC plate.

The instructions are very difficult to understand, it doesn't even say where to go to place the files at /: so I didn't install it /:
