This is my first mod. This horn replaces the sad trombone horn.
Requirements:
- Grand Theft Auto V
- OpenIV
Instructions:
1. Open OpenIV
2. Put vehicles.oac In mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf
3. In game, equip the sad trombone horn.
4. Enjoy!

@ikt I'm not able to make a video on it because when i record with OBS, its very laggy and I have a very low end PC.
@PlanetThrill Do you have an nvidia graphics card? If so, try using the Nvidia Shadowplay tool from the Nvidia GeForce Experience program. It's very easy to use.
