@13stewartc There is a mistake in your instructions that others may not catch. Your 2nd line says "... edit dlclist.xml adding this line: <Item>vehlift</Item>, when it should be this <Item>dlcpacks:/vehlift/</Item>

Got to really test it in the game, I like it. Once it is saved with the persistence mod, no need to teleport to it, just "enter" it with F key. It does unfortunately go down if you go do other stuff, so saving a parked car underneath another car doesn't work as planned. Fine by me, got enough space as is. Would be cool if it were an entity or prop. Also, maybe make it driveable so placement would be easier, if that's even possible.

@chonkie If i were to add wheels, no matter how heavy i make it it would still be able to move. That's why wheels haven't been added to the lift :) As far as ease of placing it is concerned, you have Menyoo Spooner for that :)

@13stewartc Personally don't like Menyoo so will never use it.

@chonkie Ah, well i personally use Menyoo so ye XD That's my solution. Any sort of map/prop editor would be able to help for you. :)

@13stewartc. Yeah, i didn't even try moving it with the simple trainer I'm using. The thing i was trying to do was integrate it into my mlo interior which is different than just placing props while in the game. One great thing about this being a "vehicle", is I can use a cargen to make it spawn in a particular spot all the time.

@Great Britain Yeah, i'm on the same boat with you, this needs to be featured. It's great. Especially if you use mods to repair your own car , a garage and a mod that let's you sell cars. So that way you can roleplay a mechanic career.

@13stewartc Figured out that you can "walk" the lift into place using hydraulics with the simple trainer, I can also fly the lift using the hydraulics if you keep the button pressed down. I am now having an issue though, my lift no longer goes down. It went down fine once I initially placed and and tested it out, but now that I've gone and done some missions and came back to play with it some, well now it goes up but not down.

@13stewartc Nevermind, fixed it. Had to reequip hydraulics and then unequip the option again and now it works as normal. Here is a funny little video of me walking the lift into final resting position.

Is there a way to expand this? I would like it to function like a true lift. Just saw one on YouTube that does. I have an issue worth this one. When I pull a car on it, it doesn’t work. It’s like the car on the lift is accessible but the lift is no longer accessible when you have a car in place.

@Sarrano12 The same thing happens to me, it worked the first time I installed it and now it spawns but it doesn't go up or down. could you solve this?
