I'm also having issues getting this to work, if i leave all the settings normal i never seem to be able to get more than a 30-36% roll overchance. When i change settings can get the cars to 100% chance but still nothing will roll, they just do a slight bunnyhop
So the mod will load in fine, however when ever i go to do a contract i kill the targets and nothing happens, no money and the missions never ends even after killing all the guards, on a couple of occasions it says "target 1 was killed" but most of the time nothing. Any suggestions ? otherwise i really rather like the mod :)
I had this mod working fine a couple of days ago, now when i go to change the file i have no water.xml file just water.dat. If i change the water.dat file it doesnt do anything any advice would be great (im using the official version of the game)
