Can't say I'm going to use the Reshade settings (causes too much glow, probably because I have other modded effects), but me likey the motion-blur config! Not being smart enough to do it myself, I've always wanted this Icenhancer-type motion blur for fast driving. Brings back the Need-for-Speed feel while driving around that modded Feltzer. :D
Wow, Raider. Now, what I'm going to say is a compliment. I had to uninstall the mod. I've dealt with a lot of blood/injury situations (unwillingly, and not as an occupation. S*** happens), so maybe I'm just over-sensetized or something, but I totally felt myself getting light headed. I'm telling you, I wasn't even thinking about it, but it was EXACTLY the same as when you see something crazy. Clearly your mod is not for me, but you, my brother, have some MAD skillz.
I don't remember the last time I laughed that hard.
@Bryanchox Not a problem. Ped hostility would be good enough. That way when you land (which you have to do to steal something) or shoot at them, they should attack. Not even sure if I'm right, but would that be possible?
Great mod! One small (possibly optional) change suggestion: Could you make the peds/airspace hostile (like the Air Force base?). Would make it more exciting to get in there and steal an aircraft or start your own personal war.
Cannot tell you how glad I am that someone is doing this. It seems R* has entered the "herd everyone to online" phase that every company (except CDPR...heheh) reaches. This is a great way to get the "online" character-building experience without dealing with real-life douches. Can't wait to give this a whirl.
Is anyone getting the issue of the "orange" marker not showing? Green save spots are fine, and the orange markers are showing in the map legend (on the right), but not on the map itself. Just a nitpick, but would be nice to see at a glance where my last three "random" cars are.
@ubtri Update: (Sorry. Had a brainwave.) The issue in my SECOND question is resolved by using the D3D11 from the last ENB version. Still having the "graphics" menu issue, though. Just can't figure that out.
@ubtri Questions:
1. Mine loads the mod ok, but when I use the d3d11 from this version of ENB, my game freezes every time I attempt to enter the "Graphics" menu. Any other d3d11 doesn't do this. However, when I use another d3d11, ENB doesn't activate (no message in upper left when starting up). Any ideas on what is causing the freeze with this DLL?
2. When I DO use this D3D11 and your mod, I can see the Sweetfx changes "pause/brk," but even though ENB shows the message at startup, effects don't seem to be active (no change on Shift+F12). Did you roll it all into the Pause hotkey, or do you think it's actually not active?
(a lot, I know, but I've been driving myself crazy with this stuff, and I figured if anyone would know...)
I just wanted to chime in to say how much I (and I'm sure everyone else) appreciate how much work you're putting into this mod. Every time I look back, there's a new update with improvements. It's clearly a labor of love. Keep it up, bro. You'll be the new Hayssam Keilany (props to the original, of course)!
