In subway hostage situations, enemy corpses do not despawn — especially if the player dies during the event, which causes spawning/respawning anomalies.
Finally! It's much more convenient now
when dying during a gang hit, the red dot will permanently persist and randomly teleport to any ped or animal on the map.
