I'M LOOKING FOR A MOD THAT WOULD INCREASE THE STATIC DoF EFFECT ONLY FOR THE BACKGROUND!
Let me explain:
the game has a genuine effect that blurs the whole vision, making everything blur, the background and the foreground. So many people like me use SweetFx or Reshade to enable "LumaSharpen" and sharpen the blurred foreground to have much better textures and quality in the vicinity of the player. However it also sharpens the background and that really bothers. It looks better/modern when it's blurred and it also makes less visual noise.
Is there any kind of this mod somewhere or is it possible to make one ?
Hi, this is a mod i was looking for! I was so surprised and disapointed to see that this kind of effect wasn't implemented in the genuine game, but now here it is! GG
2 problems:
-> during the cut scenes, this mod also blurs the characters that are simply walking around and makes it feel like they are moving super sonic speed like superman (but is also annoying...)
-> during the driving of looooong vehicles, like long trucks or bus, this mod actually blurs the vechicle it self, so it feels really sick to drive a blurry vehicle at 50km/h
Both problems can be solved with an input button to activate/disactivate the mod!

BUT! please could you make a lighter version? about half the strengh of these shadows would be good.
Also, i haven't tryed this one yet, so I wonder if it as a peformance impact...

Please, is it possible make a special version of Clear HD Mod that only does what it says: make the game clearer!
No need for more pedestrians variety, or traffic changes, or other world affecting elements...
They make loose too much FPS in game. I went from 60 to 30 with this mod.
I think many people would like that, coz many do not posses a GTA Titan gpu.
