That also fixes the issue where the peds don't 'lie down' after being taken out - a problem for those that have the 'writhe' animation modded to loop
So I noticed others complained about the odd behaviour with cars - the NPCs can take a good number of bullets, but a slight nudge from a pushbike can kill them instantly.
This seems to be because of some weird values in the original files - all of the injured/fatigued/dying etc figures were set to 000.000001 - I'm not sure what that was in aid of, but editing those back to their original values fixed it for me (compare them to the original 'pedhealth.meta'). Now I'm getting the satisfying battles, but not killing random peds if I accidentally give them a nudge with the car.
