Uh, I do come from Pennsylvania and truely these are horribly inaccurate. The Explorer you are using is the wrong lightbar. Second of all the text you use is horribly incorrect. I gotta give it to ya though, the license plates aren't that bad. If you do some more research and update the text and use another Explorer model it would look 100% better. Not going to rate this since I haven't even put this in my game and it would be unfair. But yeah, that's what I would recommend and this is my input.
