Is there any way to uninstall the additional files?

I seem to have a problem that I am not sure about it can be resolved. The problem that I am having is that I can't spawn any car that I have downloaded, and yes I have done everything properly, at least I think so. I followed the tutorials of every mod, but every time I try to spawn a vehicle it either says ''invalid model'' or '' model not found'' Can anybody help me? I looked at the comments of the mods and I seem to be the only one with this problem!!

I can't seem to enable the mod, I have installed it but when I press F8 nothing happens, and yes I have tried to delete and reinstall NativeUI, how can this issue be resolved?
