was working fine yesterday now I got on and spawned as michael and went outside, fell throught he map, and with freecam, I went on the road and it was fine but michaels property has 0 collision

I accidentaly put the Niko MP male clothes in the folder and I was unaware that it would change the MP male ped itself, I have a grey sweater piece on my neck and cant remove it, How should I go about uninstalling it
