Can you turn off blips? I want to notice the immersive stuff myself instead of it being pointed out to me, also how much fps hit would this script do to a I7 6700K 4GHz?

I mean I tried to make a custom Wave 103 one (Even tho wave 103 isn't actually one of the T-shirts) but it wasn't hard, All I needed was the transparent logo from the GTA Wiki's and I was done, But rn I'm working on a GTA vid and also doing a marathon of a bunch of GTA's so I lack the time to make them myself and upload them, just thought I'd also give you a good idea.
Quick thing, Idk if I'm just not searching enough but I happen to notice nobody has made the radio (E.g. K-dst, Flash fm) T-shirts from online, would you consider making these or even just printing the logos from those shirts onto existing shirts?
