If you want to "delete" this mod, you actually have to type that in your cmd:
"powercfg -s 381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e"
then
"wmic process where name="GTA5.exe" CALL setpriority 8"
If the last one didn't work, go to your task manager, look for GTA5.exe and set priority to normal
