When getting on the plane at the LSIA airport after starting the heist, the island does not load, the npc's and cars spawn in the water and fall in the water. Not sure why this is happening as I am sure I installed everything correctly.
If there was no juggernaut guarding the elevator and not a ton of enemies when you are spotted this would be great
